3.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be permanently closed and the funds held may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jaya8 may request identity documents, proof of address, and payment method documentation from a user at any time if needed. jaya8 reserves the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until verification is complete.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with anyone else.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• jaya8 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at jaya8 is ৳300. We currently accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposit amounts are credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the turnover requirement for an active bonus has not been met.
• jaya8 may request additional verification for unusual withdrawal requests.

5.3 Financial Responsibility

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any bank or mobile financial service charges related to transactions are borne by the user.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jaya8 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

6.2 Turnover Requirement

A 15x turnover requirement applies to every bonus. The turnover is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = bonus winnings become withdrawable after ৳30,000 in bets have been placed.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion can be claimed once only, unless stated otherwise.
• If a deposit is reversed, the associated bonus balance will be cancelled.
• jaya8 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the accounts being closed.

7 Fair Play Policy

jaya8 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined through verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• There is no way to artificially influence the outcome of any game.
• The result of each bet is independent and does not depend on previous results.
• If a technical error occurs in a game, bets for the affected round may be declared void.
• If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya8 platform:

• Opening an account using a false identity or documents.
• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Abusing bonuses or following bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Colluding with other players to control game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack or intrude upon the platform's security systems.
• Depositing funds from counterfeit or illegal sources.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.

9 Limitation of Liability

jaya8 always strives to ensure a safe and reliable environment. However, we are not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection failure.
• Issues arising from third-party software or payment services.
• Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical failures or maintenance.
• Natural disasters or force majeure situations beyond our control.

In the event of a technical error, we will endeavour to return the original stake to affected users where possible. However, any winnings obtained as a result of the error may not be considered valid.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 jaya8's Rights

jaya8 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Failure or non-cooperation with KYC verification.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Instruction from a law enforcement agency.

10.2 User Rights

You may close your own account at any time by notifying our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed, unless an ongoing investigation is in progress.
